Effective Date: July 16, 2026 | Application: INHAUS Amazon Ads Reporting
1. About This Application
INHAUS Amazon Ads Reporting is an internal-use reporting and analytics application operated by Guangzhou Inhaus Co., Ltd. (“INHAUS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
The application connects to Amazon Ads accounts owned or managed by INHAUS through the Amazon Ads API and Login with Amazon (“LWA”). It is used exclusively for internal advertising reporting, financial reconciliation, profitability analysis, inventory and operational analysis, and management dashboards.
The application is not offered to external advertisers or other third parties.
2. Information We Process
When an authorized user connects an Amazon Ads account, the application may process the following information:
- Amazon Ads advertiser and profile identifiers;
- Marketplace and country information;
- Campaign, portfolio, ad group, keyword, targeting and advertised-product information;
- Advertising performance information, including impressions, clicks, advertising spend, attributed orders, units and sales;
- Report identifiers, report periods, report generation status and other report metadata;
- OAuth authorization credentials, including access tokens and refresh tokens;
- Limited technical records required for security, troubleshooting, source validation and audit purposes.
The application does not intentionally request or collect Amazon customer names, postal addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, payment information or other buyer personally identifiable information through the Amazon Ads API.
The application does not request access to an Amazon user’s general LWA profile information unless it is required for authorization and explicitly displayed on the Amazon consent screen.
3. How We Use Information
We use Amazon Ads information only to:
- Retrieve advertising reports for accounts owned or managed by INHAUS;
- Calculate advertising spend, attributed sales, return on advertising spend and product profitability;
- Reconcile advertising expenses with internal financial records;
- Produce internal operational and management reports;
- Monitor report completeness, source status and data quality;
- Detect, investigate and resolve integration or reporting errors;
- Maintain security, auditability and regulatory compliance.
The current application is designed as a read-only reporting integration. It does not automatically create, modify, pause or delete advertising campaigns, bids, budgets or targeting settings.
4. Legal and Authorized Basis
We process this information on the basis of authorization provided by an authorized representative of the relevant Amazon Ads account and for INHAUS’s legitimate internal business, financial reporting, security and compliance purposes.
Only personnel who are authorized to access the relevant advertising accounts and internal reports may use the application.
5. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade Amazon Ads data.
Information may be disclosed only to:
- Authorized INHAUS employees and contractors who require access for finance, advertising operations, information technology, security or audit purposes;
- Amazon and its affiliated services as necessary to provide Login with Amazon and Amazon Ads API functionality;
- Infrastructure or professional service providers acting on our instructions and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations;
- Government authorities or other parties when required by applicable law.
Amazon Ads information is not used to provide services to unrelated third-party advertisers.
6. Data Security
We apply administrative and technical controls intended to protect the information processed by the application. These controls include:
- Role-based and restricted system access;
- Transmission of API requests through encrypted HTTPS connections;
- Separation of application credentials from frontend code and report outputs;
- Storage of client secrets and refresh tokens in access-controlled server configuration;
- Prohibition on including credentials in source code repositories, dashboards or shared reports;
- Logging, source lineage and data-quality controls designed to identify incomplete or unexpected report results.
No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we limit access and processing to what is necessary for the stated purposes.
7. Data Retention
Amazon Ads report data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for internal financial reporting, reconciliation, audit, operational analysis and applicable legal obligations.
OAuth credentials are retained while the integration remains authorized and operational. They will be revoked or deleted when authorization is withdrawn, the relevant account is disconnected or the integration is decommissioned, subject to technical backup and legal retention requirements.
8. Revoking Access and Data Requests
An authorized Amazon account representative may revoke the application’s access through the applicable Amazon account or Login with Amazon permission settings.
Requests concerning access, correction, deletion or other handling of information processed by this application may be submitted using the contact details below. Certain records may need to be retained where required for accounting, audit, security or legal purposes.
9. International Processing
Amazon Ads services and supporting infrastructure may operate in multiple countries or regions. Information may therefore be processed outside the country in which it was originally generated. Where applicable, we use reasonable safeguards and restrict processing to the purposes described in this notice.
10. Changes to This Notice
We may update this Privacy Notice when the application, applicable requirements or our data-handling practices change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
